주요 업무:​ 

개발담당자는 새로운 헤어 제품의 개발을 감독하고, 높은 품질 기준을 보장하며, 혁신적인 제품을 시장에 출시하기 위해 다양한 부서및 공급업체들과 협력하는 역할을 담당합니다.

• 제품 개발:

  • 새로운 가발 및 헤어 제품 디자인의 연구 및 개발을 주도합니다.
  • 디자이너와 협력하여 제품의 미적 요소가 시장 트렌드와 소비자 선호도에 맞도록 합니다.

• 품질 보증:

  • 제품의 일관성과 우수성을 보장하기 위한 품질 관리 절차를 구현하고 모니터링합니다.
  • 새로운 재료와 생산 기술을 평가하고 테스트합니다.

• 시장 분석:

  • 시장 조사를 통해 트렌드와 소비자 요구를 파악합니다.
  • 경쟁사 제품 및 전략을 분석하여 제품 개발에 반영합니다.

• 부서 간 조정:

  • 마케팅, 영업 팀 등과 긴밀히 협력하여 원활한 제품 출시를 보장합니다.
  • 신제품에 대한 기술 지원 및 교육을 영업 팀에 제공합니다.

• 문서 관리:

  • 제품 개발 과정 및 결과에 대한 자세한 기록을 유지합니다.
  • 경영진 검토를 위한 보고서와 프레젠테이션을 준비합니다.

자격 및 요구 사항:

• 학력:

  • 제품 디자인, 패션 디자인, 미용 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위 선호

• 경력:

  • 제품 개발분야에서의 경력 우대 
    
  • 뷰티 또는 패션 업계 경험 우대
  • 미적 감각과 관련 작품을 보여주는 포트폴리오 우대

• 기술:

  • 영어와 한국어로 소통능력.
  • 뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인 관계 기술.
  • 강한 프로젝트 관리 능력과 세부 사항에 대한 주의력.
  • 독립적으로 및 팀의 일원으로 일할 수 있는 능력.

Job Description: R & D Coordinator

With a rich history and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented R & D Coordinator with a strong sense of aesthetics and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development:

  • Lead the research and development of new wig and hair product designs.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure product aesthetics meet market trends and consumer preferences.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and excellence.
  • Evaluate and test new materials and production techniques.

• Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs.
  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to inform product development.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales teams regarding new products.

• Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of product development processes and results.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience:

  • Experience in product development is a plus
  • Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and a portfolio showcasing relevant work is a plus

• Skills:

  • Working proficiency in both English and Korean.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in computer use, including design software and MS Office.
