We are looking for a Store Manager or Operating Partner for a new Beauty Supply store opening in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities
Assist with store opening and daily operations
Manage employees and schedules
Provide excellent customer service
Manage inventory and merchandising
Oversee cashier and sales team
Help improve store sales and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Korean/English bilingual preferred
Beauty supply experience preferred
Retail management experience preferred
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Responsible and reliable
Long-term commitment preferred
Investment or business partnership interest is a plus
