주요 업무:

• 디자인 및 개발:

  • 브로셔, 전단지, 카탈로그 및 소셜 미디어 콘텐츠를 포함한 마케팅 자료에 대한 매력적인 그래픽을 제작합니다.
  • 웹 배너, 이메일 마케팅 및 소셜 미디어 게시물을 포함한 디지털 캠페인을 위한 시각적 콘텐츠를 개발합니다.
  • 신제품 및 기존 제품의 포장 및 라벨 디자인을 담당합니다.

• 브랜드 일관성:

  • 모든 디자인이 브랜드 지침을 준수하고 모든 플랫폼에서 일관된 시각적 정체성을 유지하도록 합니다.

• 협업:

  • 마케팅 팀과 긴밀히 협력하여 캠페인 목표에 맞는 개념을 개발하고 디자인을 실행합니다.
  • 제품 개발 및 영업 팀과 협력하여 제품 기능을 이해하고 이를 시각적 콘텐츠로 변환합니다.

• 사진 및 비디오:

  • 사진 및 비디오 촬영을 지원하며 이미지 편집 및 보정을 포함합니다.

• 트렌드 분석:

  • 업계 트렌드를 지속적으로 업데이트하고 이를 디자인 전략에 반영하여 브랜드가 관련성과 매력을 유지하도록 합니다.

자격 및 요구 사항:

• 학력:

  • 그래픽 디자인, 시각 예술 또는 관련 분야의 학사 학위.

• 경력:

  • 그래픽 디자인 분야에서 최소 2년의 전문 경력, 특히 뷰티 또는 패션 업계 경험 우대.

• 기술:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 등) 이 능숙하신분.
  • 디자인 원칙, 타이포그래피, 색상 이론 및 레이아웃에 대한 강한 이해.
  • 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 소셜 미디어 그래픽 경험.
  • 기본적인 사진 및 비디오 편집 기술.
  • 세부 사항에 대한 강한 주의력과 뛰어난 조직력.
  • 여러 프로젝트를 관리하고 엄격한 기한을 맞출 수 있는 능력.

With a rich history and a commitment to excellence, we are looking to expand our creative team by hiring a talented Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas and a strong aesthetic sense to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:

  • Create compelling graphics for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, and social media content.
  • Develop visual content for digital campaigns, including web banners, email marketing, and social media posts.
  • Design packaging and labels for new and existing products.

• Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts and execute designs that align with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into visual content.

• Photography & Videography:

  • Assist in photoshoot and videography, including editing and retouching images.

• Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with digital content creation and social media graphics.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
