
Contract Period: 1 year contract + extension or direct hire opportunity Location: Dalton GA Work Hours: 20:00~05:00 (night shift) Head count: 1 Requirement: Bilingual Korean and English ***Operation Supervisor*** The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and performance standards. The role includes monitoring processes, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring operational goals are met in line with company objectives. Key Responsibilities
Operational Management Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements. Ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets. Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays.
Team Leadership Participate in team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture.
Quality & Compliance Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Safety & Housekeeping Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage. Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus).
Coordination & Communication Communicate daily goals, updates, and issues with management and other departments. Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
Problem-Solving & Improvement Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual: Korean and English Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles. Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations). Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards. Experience with ERP systems and production management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
