(Personal Financial Representative)
·
Perform daily
teller functions; keeping records of money; providing exceptional customer
service including efficient and accurate transaction processing; resolving customer
problems in a timely manner. ·
Maintain
knowledge of Noah Bank products and services and perform teller functions
professionally and accurately. ·
Maintain
knowledge of customers and provide services to meet customers’ needs. ·
First point of
contact assisting customers, both walk in and on the phone.
Qualifications: ·
Must
have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S. ·
Previous
experience in bank teller and customer service preferred, but not required ·
Outstanding
customer service, communication and interpersonal skills ·
Detail-oriented,
strong organizational skills 2.
마케팅
(Relationship Manager)
·
Achieve
individual and company sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and
retention of account relationships. ·
Cross sell within
existing portfolio of business and develop new relationships. ·
Make proactive
daily contact with customers and prospects by phone or in-person to identify
additional customer financial needs. ·
Responsible for
increase in deposit and loan volume. Qualifications: ·
Must
have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S. ·
Previous
banking experience (branch operations or commercial/SBA loans) or related
experience required ·
Outstanding
customer service, communication and interpersonal skills ·
Detail-oriented,
strong organizational skills ·
Able
to drive for site visits
3.
융자 부서 (Loan Assistant)
·
Maintain
knowledge of commercial loans and financial services/products to meet
customers’ needs. ·
Assist in loan
origination and daily loan process. ·
Conduct site
visitation. ·
Provide
administrative support to Lending department. Qualifications: ·
Must
have the unrestricted right to work in the U.S. ·
Previous
experience in commercial lending preferred, but not required ·
Outstanding
customer service, communication and interpersonal skills ·
Detail-oriented,
strong organizational skills ·
Able
